I aim for your complete satisfaction! However, due to the nature of my print-on-demand and digital items, please review the following policy:
Print-On-Demand Products
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable: Since each product is made to order, returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage are not accepted.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
